that happened to me too. It seems that it wont accept certain jpg's and bmp's. If you have photoshop convert the pic into a gif and it should work fine.

Did you just copy the URL?

If you did, you need to save it to your computer first(My Documents, Windows), click browse and then download it.

That's what I did, and it worked for me.
